Free in-store pickup

Online orders can be picked up for free at 6906 Gateway Blvd E, El Paso, TX 79915. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a photo ID.

Shipping within the United States

Orders for Mexico and wholesale

For orders to Mexico and wholesale or agency orders, contact us by WhatsApp at 915-257-9513 for a quote. Shipping and export documentation are arranged directly with our team.

Returns within 10 days

You can return unused items in their original condition, with tags and packaging, within 10 days of purchase.
Boots and shoes must be unworn outdoors and returned in the original box.
Embroidered, customized and special-order items are final sale.
Please bring or include your order number or receipt. Contact us before shipping a return.

Exchanges

Size and color exchanges can be made in store, subject to availability and the return conditions above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original card used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your bank.
