These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of alamoshooters.com and to purchases from Alamo Shooters Supply & Uniforms (“Alamo Shooters,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and descriptions
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and product details are provided by the manufacturers. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Prices and availability
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
- Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per order.
- If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after the order is confirmed.
Orders
Your order confirmation email means we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if the sale of an item would not comply with the law. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund your payment.
Payment and taxes
We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely by Clover. Your card is charged when you place your order. Texas sales tax is added where it applies.
Store pickup and shipping
Online orders can be picked up for free at our store at 6906 Gateway Blvd E, El Paso, TX. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a photo ID. Shipping options, when available, are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Restricted items and legal compliance
Some products, such as knives, body armor, plate carriers and law enforcement equipment, may be regulated by federal, state, local or foreign laws. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. We may ask for identification or proof of eligibility before completing a sale, and we may refuse a sale at our discretion. Products exported outside the United States, including to Mexico, are subject to U.S. export laws and may require permits or additional documentation.
Wholesale, agency and government orders
Wholesale, agency and government orders are quoted separately. Prices, quantities and delivery times in a written quote apply only to that quote.
Warranties
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where one is offered. Except for those warranties and as required by law, products are sold “as is,” and we make no other warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alamo Shooters is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

The text, design and original images on this website belong to Alamo Shooters or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the “Last updated” date.
